Shipping Rates
We currently offer:
- FREE shipping on orders of $35 or more
- $4.99 flat-rate shipping on orders under $35
Applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.
You will receive an order confirmation after your purchase and a shipping confirmation once your order has been sent.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be included in your shipping confirmation so you can follow your package on its way to you.
Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control.
The Rustic Hen House is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been transferred to the shipping provider.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
