We want you to love your purchase from The Rustic Hen House. If you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received
- In its original packaging when applicable
- Returned with any original tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used hand creams
- Opened or used hand sanitizers
- Gift cards
- Items marked Final Sale
- Personalized or custom-made items, if applicable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by The Rustic Hen House or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning merchandise.
